Must Have

Eligible for National Service for the 2026/27 period.
Major or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, Business Informatics.
Some experience in IT consulting, software engineering or data engineering.
Passion for a career in IT consulting, software engineering or data engineering.

Exceptional

Applicants from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience or certifications can apply.

The Application Process

1. Apply & Take an Assessment

Apply, and complete an aptitude test to evaluate your reasoning and problem-solving skills.

2. Choose Your Track

Take a role-specific assessment aligned with your selected specialisation.

3. Technical Task & Interview

Take interviews anchored on the lab submission, which will measure technical depth, leadership potential, communication effectiveness, and collaboration capability.

4. Receive an Offer

Successful candidates receive placement across our Ghana offices (Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi).
